Well I finally got the nerve to click those links! I really like the new costume by Ross. As great as the red and black looked, it was getting old. Its good to see some thinking-outside-the-box. I hope they use it. Great that Kurt's curly hair is back, I missed it! As for his hands. He's been drawn in the past with thick, muscular hands. Keep in mind he runs on them sometimes. I think I'll give the priest thing another chance.

As for the cover, I still think Iceman looks like evo Scott. That's not a bad thing though. Now if they would just stop shoving that damned Wolverine in my face....

No joke Sheemie! Cover collar, drool away! I really, really like the Churchill. His hand doesn't look bad! And I like their costumes. It's kinda a business casual superhero look. However, the Ross's scare me. Kurt looks like he's on hell's swim team and Warren just looks...goofy. I dunno, I ordinarily love his stuff, but these don't do anything for me.

Just because he's crawling walls doesn't mean that they aren't just as dirty. Ever noticed the crap that sticks to some high cielings? I dunno, just a thought.

Anyway, his feet probably would get pretty sore, but then you never know... he might inexplicably start walking in one issue with foot pads that "magically" appeared and have always been there. Although that would be kinda cool, it's a bit to much of a stretch on the ol' artistic license.

That would have been a really cool Churchill Nightcrawler to scan if not for LOGANS' ARM TAKING UP MOST OF KURT's IMAGE!!


I've gotta agree with the consensus.. I really like the way his new outfit looks! But barefoot? hhmmn it looks cool, but wouldnt it hurt the crap out of his feet after a while? And the DIRT he'd accumulate on the soles of his feet.....yuck! Unless of course they intend to use his wallcrawling ability a HECK of a lot more than they have in the past...

Really, if you think about it, him being barefoot isn't that big of a change, since he essentially just wore gloves on his feet before. Granted, that's SOMETHING between skin and ground, but it's not like he's been wearing anything with a sole, so he's probably got some natural foot pads...callouses.
